This video demonstrates the creative methodology that qualifies me to teach music writing and composition. It serves as proof that I can effectively translate abstract music theory into a tangible, emotional musical piece.
While I executed the recording and video synchronization to finalize the project, the core of this demonstration is the writing process. I applied specific theoretical concepts to compose an ambient soundscape, structuring the melody and harmony to tell a distinct story.
My ability to conceive a musical idea and successfully arrange it for a finished project—integrating the necessary technical steps to support the composition—is the foundation of my teaching. It validates my ability to guide students through the most critical phase of music making: turning an initial concept into a fully realized composition.
